Last week I did something I've not done before and joined in with Change the Game where we worked on overwhelm and honestly I'm so glad that this opportunity came up when it did.
Things got a little crazy for me over this same week too and using the knowledge I was gaining from this micro-course, I got through it with ease and have started implementing them in everyday life now too which is making this much easier to handle as a single mum to 4, it might only be little changes right now but that's better than keeping this as they were.
Throughout the micro-course, I felt comfortable and safe to be able to share things about myself and what I've been through.
